St. James' PTFA

St. James' PTFA is a friendly group of parents and teachers who raise thousands of pounds each year to support the children in our school.

Recent funds have helped redevelop the playgrounds and provide new reading books and resources for every classroom. In the past, we have contributed to the computer room, sports equipment, school trips, poetry days, and coach hire. We also raise money for local charities. We provide term time entertainment such as : discos, Easter Egg hunts, end of term parties and more grown up events like the very successful bi-annual Summer Ball.

We welcome new members with open arms. You do not need to attend every meeting nor help out at every event, but even a couple of hours of your time can help our school enormously.

If you can offer any help whatsoever, please come along to the next meeting. It can be very rewarding and great fun to get involved with the school!
